Too many formatting issues

It's cheap! The content appears ok. The prose feels a little stilted, overly formal, but it's readble and makes its point. But... There are too many formatting issues. I have many Physics and Math books on Kindle; some in pdf, some in a Kindle format. There are no excuses for such an excessive amount of formatting problems, and it's the 2nd edition!
